1. Agreement
By booking a service or joining a membership, you agree to these terms. Bookings are between you and Luxor Services & Concierge Ltd, registered in England & Wales.
2. Bookings & Payments
Prices are displayed in GBP inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment is taken via Stripe. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before service start are refundable in full. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% fee.
3. Memberships
Memberships renew monthly and can be cancelled anytime from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued.
4. Service Delivery
We deliver services through vetted partners and staff. We will use reasonable care and skill but cannot guarantee suitability for a specific purpose beyond the description of the booked package.
5. Liability
Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the value of the affected booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss to the extent permitted by law.
6. Conduct
You agree to treat our staff and partners with respect. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for abusive behaviour.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
